
The Study Program of Aquaculture of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya held an assessment process of the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) which aims to obtain the international accreditation. The activity was held on February 10th-12th, 2020, in the Main Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, B Building FFMS UB.
Prof. Dr. Wyona Patalinghug from De La Salle University Philippines and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pakorn Watanachaturaporn from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Bangkok were the assessors who assess the accreditation visitation process of the Study Program of Aquaculture of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya.

This visitation was carried out to see whether Universitas Brawijaya, especially the Study Program of Aquaculture of Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, had run a program of improvement and reviewed existing facilities that were in accordance with the needs of students.
The Study Program of Aquaculture is one of 4 (four) study programs at Brawijaya University which were assessed in the 172th AUN-QA visitation activity.

AUN-QA is a program initiated by the ASEAN University Network that aims to harmonize and develop a quality assurance system so that higher education standards in ASEAN countries have increased. The expectation of the assessment conducted by AUN-QA can improve UB’s achievements in the eyes of the international world.
